HotFix - Missing Awarding Body & Null HS&E List on Mobile Renewals

This release resolves two urgent issues affecting card renewals:
The HS&E test type dropdown is now correctly populated, allowing users to complete renewals on mobile.
The awarding body name is now always added on renewal applications.
iOS blank Payment screen fix

Fixed an issue on the iOS app where the payment screen could go blank after minimising and reopening the app.
This fix will be phased released over 7 days.
Bug fix - Training Provider Name not saving

Resolved an issue where the Training Provider Name was not saving on applications when agent edits it from the certificate view. Users should now see these fields correctly populated.
