This release introduces Delete notes for supervisors, security enhancements, and bug fixes affecting all schemes including CSCS Cards and White Label partners.

CSCS Online Backend:

GQA cardholders can now access their virtual CSCS cards instantly through the MyCSCS mobile app after approval - no need to wait for physical card delivery.

How to Access:
1. Download MyCSCS app (App Store or Google Play)
2. Login with your email registered with GQA
3. View your virtual card immediately after approval

(New Feature - CR60) Minor change to website to display Smart App Banners for iOS and Android mobile users when logged into the web portal.

The current postcode lookup provider, getAddress.io had ceased operations. We are making an emergency change to switchover to a new provider, to restore all address lookup functionality in MyCSCS mobile and CSCS Online web.

Postcode lookup used in the system has been identified as artificially high. We are releasing a hotfix tonight to reduce the number of expensive postcode lookups by caching results.

The follow was taken out of the release

• (New Feature - CR66) Account closure function added with proper email anonymization to [originalprefix].[timestamp]@closed.cscs.uk.com format, preventing accidental emails to third parties. Includes audit logging with closure reasons.

This release delivers the initial CSR (Construction Skills Register) onboarding with offline payment processing, card printing, invoicing integration, and white-label portal enhancements. These features will be released but disabled in production.

This release contains the backend infrastructure for the upcoming mobile version control on the My CSCS app, which allows us to control which version of the app cannot be used.

There will be no production impact and will be disabled until the mobile app release is ready.

This release focuses on agent portal performance improvements, bug fixes for CITB integration and email logging, and continued development of CR66 backend enhancements.

Legacy card renewals now require agents to migrate qualifications and HS&E data. A new “Legacy Card” tag and guidance are shown on relevant applications. Placeholder certificates and improved validation are now supported.

Agents and supervisors can now view, manage, and moderate customer skills records (My Skills) directly from the backend portal.

Key changes:
