Maintenance

We are upgrading on of our critical machines responsible for the scheduling system tasks.

During this period Knowledge Base will not be available, but all other customer facing services will continue as normal.

We will be releasing the following fixes, and there will be no downtime:
CSCS-1350 - Old CITB photo coming through to Individual applications
CSCS-1142 - Applications where payment has expired go back to Document Review when payment is re-submitted
CSCS-1394 - Card finder not displaying card finder notes on CRO qualifications
CO-4399 - Extend OTP timeout from 5 to 10 minutes

We are continuing to deploy White label system changes to production. This release covers Admin portal changes.

Final release of the Whitelabel system changes. This release focuses on Supervisor and Agent portal changes. A hotfix for the intermittent features hiding.

System feature fixes to restore functionality for Tenant 2 that includes receipt changes, draft application loading when going back from payment, HS&E not marked as verified after approval, application search, PDF file upload, Offline payment.

The new CSCS backend login page is live.
