JIB Portal Changes:
- (Improvement) Update receipt email wording to remove reference to login
- (Change) Imported JIB Cards to be validated against CSCS Online database instead of Reference Point DB when scanned via NFC
- (Bug) Active Cards don't load in profile if a discontinued JIB card exists (i.e. Site Visitor Yellow on Kevan's profile)
