JIB Portal Changes:
- (Improvement) Update receipt email wording to remove reference to login
- (Change) Imported JIB Cards to be validated against CSCS Online database instead of Reference Point DB when scanned via NFC
- (Bug) Active Cards don't load in profile if a discontinued JIB card exists (i.e. Site Visitor Yellow on Kevan's profile)

A small infrastructure change to add a health check endpoint.
No service impact.

Platform changes:
- (Improvements) Address validation is added to application approval checks to prevent applications with missing address data such as City/Town or Postcode going to print.

JIB Changes:
- (Bug) Print/personalisation date copied over onto reprinted/renewed card before it has been sent to print

We are now live with IT Partner Portal.

We have agreed with Marc to Go-Live on IT Partner Portal at 1PM today after the work to map the data to the new IT Partner Portal.

Work on Sanity Testing is ongoing.

CSCS Portal Changes:
- (Bug) CITB Photos not coming through after payment - revisited and fixed.
- (Bug) MyCSCS cards on the homepage now only shows Active cards.

JIB Portal Changes:
- (Change) Disable rejection emails

This release did not pass our final QA. No changes were deployed, we will replan a deployment soon.

MyCSCS now offers a new simplified way to apply for a replacement card. In addition, users will be able to track applications on their homepage, alongside other app improvements.

Portal Improvements:
- (Improvement) Fixed "Login as customer" feature so that it uses the new authentication method and will now work for all users.
- (Security changes) PEN Test improvements - Shortened the token validity to 10 hours, and now revokes tokens when a user logs out.
- (Security changes) PEN Test improvements - Token signature validation fixed.

JIB Portal Changes
- (Bug) Lost/Duplicate applications for imported cards have an issue copying over qualifications. Fixed.

MyCSCS:
- (Bug) Improvements to the new MyCSCS application process to correctly capture createdon, and appliedon dates. Reviewed the logic for determining which 'Step' the application is on.

Smart Check
- (Bug) Report Fraud Link does not redirect you incorrectly to the homepage.

Mobile app is currently allowing the renewal of cancelled cards. A backend fix is being deployed to remove the removal button for these cards.

The daily card print emails for CSCS/JIB/GQA will now contain the application numbers in the 'Card Data Errors - Details' section.

This has been successfully released.

A new logic to split long names to be printed on cards will be deployed on Saturday, and send impacted card to be reprinted

Sunday - We will check the print processes ran successfully, and the list of GQA cards with long names are successfully split onto 2 lines, with no line greater than 20 characters.

CSCS Changes:
- (Bug) Units not printing on renewal card applications

JIB Changes:
- (Bug) Updated error message: "Email Already exists..." when trying to change the email address on an employer profile.
- (Bug) Employer Receipt - The cost on 'Fast Track' receipts are not correct.

ICATS Changes:
- (Feature) Enabling card printing for ICATS cards

We are aware of an issue where once payment is taken, an application is not progressing to Document Review.

We will be putting up a maintenance window at 9pm tonight to upgrade our systems.

We have deployed part of the release. Here is a summary of the deployment.

Released:
JIB - (Bug) Fast track invoices amounts now corrected
ICATS - (Bug) Addressee Tag missing from XML in ICATS Print Processor

Removed from Release:
- (Internal) MyCSCS Renewal - system readiness changes
- (Bug) National Insurance number formatting, for old versions of MyCSCS Apps
- (Bug) CITB Photo not updating on Renewal

In this release we will transition CSCS Red & Black transition to the new smart cards ready to print from Friday 21st November.

CSCS changes:
- (Improvement) Updating Endorsements in Admin portal. No error message was shown when the 21 character limit was exceeded.
- (Bug) MySkills Email not sending: An issue was found with the HS&E data that prevented some MySkills PDF Emails being sent.
- (Bug) MyCSCS my cards display only 1 occupations.

ICATS changes:
- (New) Switchover Smart Check to read ICATS cards from CSCS Online, following the ICATS data migration.

We are setting up the backend changes in preparation for the new Mobile Renewal Flows on MyCSCS. Once the mobile apps are ready, and we have submitted it to the store we'll be able to coordinate a release date.

IMPORTANT:
- (Improvement) Agents will now be able to edit qualifications on Renewal Applications. This is so that HS&Es on the application can be changed.

CSCS Online:
- (Improvement) AWS Infrastructure change to drop unused headers as part of PEN Test recommendations.
- (Bug) NINo ...

CSCS
- (Bug) PQP should not be renewable. The renew button is visible on the My Cards screen, allowing PQP to be renewed on mobile apps.
- (Feature) Renewing Legacy Cards on Mobile has been enabled.

JIB
- (Improvement) JIB Employer Receipts now have the Employer's Address on the receipt.

GQA
- (Improvement) A number of short occupation names have been added to ensure qualification text fits within the maximum length when printing cards.

All Schemes:
- (New) Notes icon on applications and profiles now turns red to indicate there's a note
- (New) You can now search Draft Applications
- (New) Customer search now displays he company name in a new 'Company' column
- (Improvement) "Renewable as New Application" is removed from Admin portal qualifications. This is a clean up of redundant feature.
- (Bug) Corrected issue with rendering expired cards for Whitelabelled schemes on Andoid. Currently not in use.

CSCS
- (New) Smart Check...

CSCS Online
- (Bug) National Insurance No field - Incorrect Format Error Message
- (Bug) CITB Photos - HS&E test photos submitted on renewals from older app versions now validate on submission, preventing old photos from being used.

Smart Check
- (Bug) Manual card checks now return a matching record when surname and NINO are valid, even if the registration number is invalid.

JIB-PMES
- (Bug) JIB Employer Receipt - Postcode should be Capitalised on Employer receipts
