This release introduces expanded postage options for card dispatch, adding royal mail tracking numbers to applications, and enhanced address handling for international deliveries. These changes affect all schemes including CSCS Cards and White Label partners.

IMPORTANT:
- (New Feature) Agents can now select postage method (Standard, Recorded/Tracked, Special Delivery, First Class) when processing applications based on scheme configuration. The options available at go-live will be Standard only, until the new options become available.
- (New Feature) Tracking Numbers for recorded delivery will be displayed on the applications for agents and supervisors when available, and included in the daily card report emails.
- (Bug) CITB photo not updating for renewals, fix. Renewal applications submitted via the frontend were using old CITB photos instead of the current ones.

CSCS Online:
- (Improvement) Customer Name and Date of Birth now displays on the certificate verification screen, allowing agents to verify DOB on qualification certificates without switching screens.
- (Improvement) New processed_on database date field captures when applications are approved or rejected, enabling better reporting on processing times.
- (Improvement) Country field added to dispatch addresses for schemes with international posting enabled (initially Republic of Ireland).
- (Improvement) New Address Line 0 (Company Name) field can now be added to dispatch addresses for Employer, Training Provider, Third Party, and Partner accounts
