This release introduces customizable card start date configuration, mobile app adoption features, enhanced agent portal capabilities, and critical bug fixes. These changes provide greater flexibility for scheme administrators and improve operational efficiency for Teleperformance agents.

  • (New Feature - CR57) Scheme administrators can now configure card start date rules for both new and renewal applications through the Admin Portal, replacing hard-coded logic. Card types can now use different methodologies including HS&E test date, approval date, or old card expiry date with various fallback options. Does not impact existing complex rules like JIB-specific exceptions (NVQ Qualifications and Apprentice Card Expiration).

  • (New Feature - CR66) Agents and supervisors can now delete notes, queries, and documents added in error, subject to scheme-specific permissions. This feature requires typing "delete" to confirm and maintains full audit trail in the Change Log. Note: Does not apply to approved applications. Supervisors can now edit card expiry dates directly when reviewing escalations, rather than only approving or rejecting proposed dates.

  • (New Feature - CR60) Login page now displays promotional messaging directing individual cardholders to download the MyCSCS mobile app with direct App Store and Google Play links. Smart App Banners added for iOS and Android mobile users when logged into the web portal. Banners encourage downloading the MyCSCS app and only display for individual cardholders (not employers/training providers).

  • (Bug Fix) Notes not displaying correctly on applications resolved. Fixed data synchronization issue where notes were present in database but not visible in application profile view.

  • (Bug Fix) CITB Card Feed processing restored. Resolved issue preventing card batches from processing since February 1st, with multiple pending batches now transmitting correctly to CITB.
