The follow was taken out of the release

  • (New Feature - CR66) Account closure function added with proper email anonymization to [originalprefix].[timestamp]@closed.cscs.uk.com format, preventing accidental emails to third parties. Includes audit logging with closure reasons.

This release continues the mobile app adoption strategy with web account creation controls, improves agent portal performance with pagination and queue management, and addresses critical security and bug fixes.
CSCS Online:

  • (New Feature - CR60) Individual account creation on the web now captures the reasons for web signup (No Smartphone, Can't install app, etc). Existing account holders can still login while new users are directed to the MyCSCS mobile app.
  • (New Feature - CR66) Labourer card renewals now detect when customers should renew instead of applying for a new card, showing a popup that redirects them to the faster renewal process. Applies across all channels: agent portal, customer frontend, and mobile apps.
  • (New Feature - CR66) Agent portal now includes search by Batch ID, allowing agents to quickly find all applications in a specific print batch for batch-related queries.
  • (Improvement - CR66) Review Queue (escalation list) now implements server-side pagination with 50 items per page, filtering by status, and oldest-first display order. Includes one-off migration to close all escalations before November 1st, 2025.
  • (Improvement - CR66) Delete change logs now visible for user notes, application notes, queries, query documents, and CITB documents in the agent portal, providing full audit trail of deletions.
  • (Improvement - CR60) Automated email templates updated to remove web portal references and promote MyCSCS mobile app with App Store and Google Play download links across all customer communications.
  • (Security Fix) Apache Tomcat upgraded to 10.1.47 in GQA API, addressing outdated third-party software vulnerabilities identified in
  • (Bug Fix) UI display issue resolved when adding qualifications to apprentice applications. Layout now renders correctly during the qualification entry process.
  • (Bug Fix) CITB Card Feed processing restored. Resolved issue preventing card batches from processing since February 1st, with multiple pending batches now transmitting correctly to CITB.
