This release focuses on agent portal performance improvements, bug fixes for CITB integration and email logging, and continued development of CR66 backend enhancements.
CSCS Online:
(Improvement - CR66) Queries Queue now implements server-side pagination with 50 items per page and queue locking mechanism preventing multiple agents from working on the same query simultaneously. Includes "Next Query" button that auto-claims oldest unclaimed query with configurable timeout and release functionality.
(New Feature - CR66) Account closure function with proper email anonymization to [originalprefix].[timestamp]@closed.cscs.uk.com format, preventing accidental emails to third parties. Includes confirmation dialog with reason selection (Customer Request, Duplicate Account, Deceased, Other) and full audit logging.
(Improvement) User and Application Change Logs performance optimized with improved database indexing and query performance for faster loading times in the agent portal.
(Improvement - CR39c backend) MyCSCS application update backend logic released in preparation for upcoming mobile app release.
(Bug Fix) Email change log for "Request New Documents" now properly links application context to database entries, ensuring all email requests appear in the Email Change Log list with complete audit trail.
