Cardholders can now add additional Qualifications and Occupations to their existing card directly through the MyCSCS app.

Key changes:

• New "Add Qualification" button on eligible card screens, allowing cardholders to begin an update application. Unskilled, and Labourer cards are not eligible.
• Step-by-step guided flow to upload new qualifications with AI-assisted document reading.
• HS&E test upload will be asked for update applications.
• Review screen before payment showing all personal and application details.
• Post-payment Application Tracking screen showing real-time progress and downloadable receipt.
