Agents and supervisors can now view, manage, and moderate customer skills records (My Skills) directly from the backend portal.

Key changes:

  • New My Skills tab on Individual's profiles in the agent portal, showing their skills records only from the scheme that's viewing it, i.e. CSCS agents can only see skills uploaded to the individual's CSCS My Skills account.
  • Agents can add, edit, and delete customer-uploaded skill records, with full audit logging of all changes.
  • New 'Lock My Skills' control allows agents to prevent a specific customer from further skills self-uploads in their scheme, with safeguards to avoid affecting other schemes.
  • Customer skills uploads are now tagged by scheme, enabling proper multi-scheme filtering.
